  • Profile: established, with at least two years of operating history

  • Size: asking price up to $300,000

  • Markets: Chicago and Atlanta areas

  • Structure: open to seller financing and a transition period with the owner

Commercial real estate

  • Types: small-bay industrial and flex, single-tenant net lease retail, neighborhood retail centers, and medical or dental office

  • Size: $200,000 to $730,000

  • Markets: Chicago and Atlanta areas

  • Profile: stabilized or light value-add, with leases in place

Not a fit: residential, land, startups, and franchises requiring a new build-out.
